This delicious lasagna recipe with zucchini and pesto sauce, is irresistible, very simple to make and will delight all taste buds!

Veggie lasagna with zucchini and pesto sauce

What you will need :

1 zucchini

1 onion

190 gr of pesto alla Genovese

25 cl lean quark (or fresh cream)

15 lasagna sheets

1 mozzarella ball

30 gr of grated parmesan

Salt, pepper

Preparation :

- Preheat the oven at 180° C (356°F)

- In a bowl add the onion and the zucchini previously cut, season

- In a saucepan cook over low heat the pesto with the lean quark

- Cut the mozzarella according to your choice

1. Pour a ladle of pesto sauce at the bottom of your dish

2. Lay a layer of lasagna dough

3. Divide your mixture of zucchini rings and the onion

4. Add the mozzarella et the pesto sauce

5. Repeat the steps 2, 3 et 4 to use all of your zucchini and onion garnish

6. Finish with a layer of lasagna, add the rest of the pesto béchamel sauce

7. Sprinkle with grated cheese (parmesan or grana padano)

8. Bake for about 35 min to 45 min so that they are lightly browned
